Four slices of bread don’t fit.used it daily to toast 2 slices of bread. After 4 months the right side quit working . Very unhappy

Toaster is stuck in "Bagel-mode", which means that 2 of the 4 heating elements are NOT WORKING and only 1 side of bread is toasted. Also, the "long" slots are approximately 1" to 1- 1/2" shorter than other long-slot toasters I have owned, so for anything larger than very small slices, only 1 slice will fit per side.

Bought this toaster for its ability to toast all the artisan and sourdough breads. So far we love it and the green color gives my kitchen counter that pop of color. One thing I would look at improving is the white numbers don’t show up very well on the dial.Good toaster otherwise and recommend for the larger breads.

Inconsistent results in the same setting, one time it burns it on 5 other times it doesn't even toast it on 5. Random burn spots on the bread sometimes %26 the middle is untoasted sometimes. Had it for about a month trying to give it a chance but I'm returning it. The toaster is cute but that's all it has going for it

0 Stars! Malfunctioning four slice toaster did not heat up on first use. I’ve tried several outlets. It is broken. Unable to include photo’s in this review. Disappointed as I have recently purchased most of the space saving Bella appliances for my new small condo.

Should have returned it, but had a lot going on. It's at best mediocre at toasting, it's awful at toasting bagels, looks like cheap garbage, and despite the tray at the bottom, which is awkwardly available from the rear of the device, the overall design is such that it's a pain to get crumbs out to not have a burned toast smell. Spend more and get a real toaster, not this Temu-quality nonsense.

Purchased this as we often have bread that does not fit in a standard two slice toaster length wise. Did not want a four slice machine, it seems no company makes a long two slice toaster. This machine larger than we want, but it will toast a longer slice. Toaster looks great and easy to use.

I read many reviews on different makes/models of long slot toasters. My countertop oven does not toast the way I would like it. I purchased this 4-slice slim toaster to fill that gap. I burned off the smell out on the porch by using without bread 3 times. I brought it in the house, and this morning made toast. I did not have my glasses on, and mistook the "5" for a "3"!! Toast was carbon covered, although more importantly, the toasting was even edge to edge! Next time I will put it to "3" and it will be perfect! (I did eat the toast as part of an omelet sandwich.) The 2 year manufacturer coverage (plus some from the tech coverage from the store) suits me fine. I paid a decent price, and toaster works as needed. I wish there was less plastic in the construction; but for the price I think it will be ok. My toast settings will be between "1" and "3" so I think the plastic will remain intact and not melt.
