Quality of the pans is great. If youre cooking something heavy, then you need a metal pan underneath so that the bottom doesnt buckle though.

You can NOT beat the price you get these aluminum trays for. Most places charge a dollar a tray and I do not like washing baked on pans, so these are the best way for me to deal with that. I could not ask for a more durable, disposable, cooking tray.

Fox the most part I'm happy with the pans. However, my only concern is the sides of the pans. When I bake a pan full of chicken I need to drain the fat and grease into an old aluminum pan. While trying to do this the side is I'm holding onto will crumble do to the weight. Other than that I'm happy with the aluminum pans.
