Ordered 3 times, all came in broken. Then they make you take the broken mirror to FedEx to ship back. Huge inconvenience.

The order was supposed to be delivered on hurricane day, I called customer service and requested to be delivered via FedEx (the closest in my area), They sent the mirror to a location about 20 miles away, and when I get there they told me it was in another location! when I finally got it, I opened it and it was destroyed, I had to toss it. I called customer service and talked to Gabriela, they offered me a replacement )my mistake!) , next day I decided to cancel the item because I didnt want to have the same experience, when I called they told me I had to wait for a tracking number to cancel (which I never understood). I called again and they couldn't help me with the cancelation, this customer service was a nightmare! I talked to different agents and supervisors and they couldn't do something as simple as cancel an order (Gabriela, Anthny, Jonathan). I finally spoke to the right supervisor; Zeida and she helped me in 5 mins and got the refund. Terrible customer service/

Was late arriving and received shattered.

The hanging brackets on the back are glued onto the paint that is on the mirror backside. The first morning after install we heard a noise from the mirror and immediately removed to investigate. The bracket was almost completely off of the mirror. The paint between the mirror and bracket failed. We had bought two mirrors and removed the second to find the bracket was also loose. Their install directions for hanging does not work because no matter what we did, levelling, etc. the mirror could not be hung straight. If these had failed at any other time when we were not in close proximity, they would have done serious damage to our home, not to mention the injury factor.

The mirror was shattered when it arrived. I removed it from the box and glass shards fell everywhere. The only option for returning it is to print a shipping label and drop it off at fedex. No printer; no car. This is a huge barrier for me. Additionally I really don't feel comfortable packing a bunch of shattered glass and shipping it. Not worth buying.

Almost perfect. Loved the price. Outstanding mirror, well constructed & looks good. We’re doing wall hung so couldn’t comment on stand. One complaint. One of the screw heads didn’t have metal removed from the head. First time I’ve ever seen that. Replaced with a different screw. And then after installing with the template I was never able to get the brackets to grab on all three mounting screws (the replacement isn’t the problem). That said, it’s mounted well on one screw that’s in solid. Was dubious about it being shipped, but arrived absolutely fine, on time, & well packaged.
