Good. They might be helpful for inflammation. Hard to say.

Only had a few to try really haven’t got the effects from them.

So far it's helped my healing for the left elbow/bicep with a recent strain

They truly help with unwanted swelling and have a great taste

They were delicious but honestly my liquid turmeric delivers a better result

Just started them so not sure of results until a few weeks pass.

I’m still working on my first package it’s a little sticky to unfold

I can't give a fair review for only eating small sample

So far it seems to help me with my inflammation I will continue to use them
