I could tell a difference within a couple of days. Less pain.

They seem to be working the pain seems less everyday.

The I Rudisch arrived quickly and had appeasing taste.

So far it's helped my healing for the left elbow/bicep with a recent strain

All the chews were stuck together and I could not try them
