Turmeric is such an essential mineral, but very difficult to buy in a clean and efficient absorption product. Humann has just this product.

Taste was sort of okay but not considered one of those great tasting chewable types. Easy can stain fingers. Also potency is low.

Taste is good. Sticky, you have to scrape off the wrapper. Only been taking them for a few weeks. Haven't really noticed a big difference.
