I have really bad knees, and doing the course of the day they will start to swell up, taking turmeric has really helped the inflammation. Stay gone

I take curcumin everyday because of regular running. The turmeric chews taste great but I don't mind the pills either.

I probably need a full bag to give a complete review. They were tasty but I need more to give my personal results.

Turmeric, is an excellent supplement, I guess the sugars is just a necessary evil...Sugar, sure hard to stay away from...
