I purchased Tumeric Chews to add tumeric to my diet. I will know if it has been helpful when I stop taking it for awhile.

Taste is good. Foil wrapping is not easy to take off (room temperature) I leave in refrigerator to have easy access to product (chew)

A mess free travel solution. When I am home I use the powdered turmeric. But for travel a cleaner option is nice.

These are delicious. I have a chew after my lunch for dessert. As far as health benefits- I’m sure it’s doing something but I don’t notice.
