I have no idea if the this worked for me,especially when the super beets didn't work for me either!! I wasted my money on this product!

easy to take - like better than cap's. can take anywhere no water required plus they have a nice taste.

They did seem to work swelling went down in leg I am hoping the regular heart beets take care of it,taste was good no issues
