I'm still experimenting with this one so I can't give an honest answer at this time. All I can say is they taste good.

I love them..they have helped me to fet through my day. Thay taste wonderful.

I started back to turmeric and am taking them since my wrist surgery along with my super beet chews and tart cherries. The flavors are all exceptional yo start my day. I soften them with my fingers as a game to stretch them out to thinner pieces.

Been taking 2 per day for 2 yrs now. Looked at many other similar product lines but these seem to be all they claim. Just getting pricey to afford much longer.
