I like that they are absorbed more fully. They have a pleasant taste, I have one every morning with my superbeet chews I do feel the difference and they are part of my daily routine.

Works great for recovery for sore muscles and ligaments. Before I began using it my left arm was sore from lifting heavy objects. I used it every day for a month and now I have not been sore for several months now and I would recommend this product.
