Good and strong. But I hope Sam’s sell the shallow trays.  
Shallow trays have half shorter walls.

I recently purchased the Member’s Mark Aluminum Steam Table Pans, Full Size (18 Count) for catering and food storage. Unfortunately, my experience with these pans was less than satisfactory.
All 18 pans came out of the box with a significant issue—the bottoms were not connected. As a result, they opened up during use, causing bad spills and inconvenience. Very bad quality especially during catering events.

These are fabulous for either cooking, defrosting, storing, you name it. Durable and they transfer heat evenly and quickly. No clean up needed, just toss when you're done.
