Cooking for a large group and used steam pans & lids to steam pork ribs. Worked great and very little mess. Pans fit 2 or 3 racks depending on size.

I use these for a whole bunch of stuff. Whether its pot luck, home meals that create too much grease, catch water under sinks, for paint projects, and other craft stuff. I have a hard time lifting crockpots to clean them so after its done cooling i just take it to the dumpster and done with cleanup.

Very sturdy and can handle volume and weight.
