These pans are great for catering. They will barely hold 10 lbs before they start to bend though. I have to double up often.

Very sturdy and large! Just what I needed for hosting a grad party! I gave 4 stars because I wish they came with lids.

I don't know what's happened with these pans and lids. I have been using them for several years and this last batch seemed thin and flimsy...

They are making them thinner and you have to be careful with what you put in them are the pan will buckle

We use these when we are grilling pork butts. They are great for shredding and serving the butts in. We have 3 different sizes that we use.

Cooking for a large group and used steam pans & lids to steam pork ribs. Worked great and very little mess. Pans fit 2 or 3 racks depending on size.

I brought them last week, We need the Lids for the Aluminum pans. Also I notice on yesterday while shopping at your Gardena store, you have removed the #10 cans of refried beans and the chili beans. We use them weekly please bring them back.

You do realize that when these are in production, hands and machines touch EVERY pan? We cooked an 11 pound brisket in the pans as I removed it from the oven with my under it for support the other hand balancing the tray it buckled pouring the 325 degree liquid on my arm. The ER sent me to a burn specialist. After spending $2000 in medical bills and three weeks of recovery I am healing. Don’t use these pans in the oven. The turkey in the ad weighs more than out brisket. This site won’t add photos
