[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had Samsung TVs for years and this is the first one that I have had so much trouble adjusting the picture. With the Samsung TVs we've had in the past, I might have to make a minor adjustment at first but then would not have to touch it again. There are too many different options in settings. Example: if you select one particular option, then certain other options are not available. The picture just looks too bright. I have tried adjusting the contrast, brightness, etc. and no matter what I do, it's still not right. When I'm standing in the kitchen, the screen almost looks completely faded out/white but as I come around in front of the TV, it gets better. That was not the case with our other Samsung TVs, they have always looked good from any angle. In addition, the picture is not consistent from one day to the next on the same program, sometimes it looks good and other times it does not. We have the most updated version of our cable box so that is not the issue. Overall, the picture quality does not compare to our previous Samsung.

Glare is minimal even with lots of light, so the picture stays clear and easy to watch. The colors are rich but still look natural, not overly saturated. The blacks are deep, and the contrast is especially noticeable when watching movies in the evening. The brightness is more than enough — everything looks clear even in a bright room. I also really like how it handles 4K content — the image looks vivid and realistic. My 85 in is the neo qled and I would not get rid for nothing. I have own several Samsung tvs and I would not buy anything else. They are priced so you can get an excellent tv for the money.
