Only downside is it's missing apps for standard UK channels (only BBC is available), and the AI voice is very robotic. Minor improvements would include an option to disable the remote pointer, include Google assistant or Siri as an option, and add HDR10+ support to complete the HDR standards compatibility. As of writing, the Hue app is not available on 2025 models despite being on 2024 models. But all in all, it is a worthwhile upgrade over the CX model it is replacing

The picture quality is breathtaking with vivid, vibrant colors, and super crisp detail. Movies and shows look incredibly lifelike, even older content gets a nice refresh thanks to the AI. The sound is surprisingly rich for a flat TV. Dialogue is clear and the audio fills the room without needing a soundbar, though adding one would take it to the next level. Installation was smooth. It's designed to sit flat against the wall like art, and once it's up, it really elevates the room. The remote control is easy to use with voice control that actually works. Navigating menus is simple, even for beginners. Also, for a big screen, it's pretty energy efficient. It adjusts brightness automatically and has eco settings that don't sacrifice picture quality. Overall, this TV delivers on all fronts: looks, performance, ease of use, and energy savings. Highly recommend if you want a premium home theater experience.

The anti reflective technology is great and it means I can keep the TV near the window without any reflections disturbing my viewing. It feels like a cinematic experience right in my living room. One of my favorite features is the AI Picture Pro, which automatically enhances whatever I'm watching. The motion handling is super smooth, perfect for fast-paced scenes. My younger son is always using his sony game console to hook up and enjoy the fast refesh rate and the resolution is awesome. On days when I am working from home, using the built-in speakers gaves the perfect backgroud audio for quite working envirnoment while catching up on what is going on with current news.
