When there's explosions and intense scenes, you feel it. The Primary RGB Tandem OLED panel is spectacular. We have our G5 in our living and we never have to close the curtains to enjoy our beautiful TV. The LG G5 is well equipped keep up with your latest gaming needs. Our 65" B6 served us well for many years and we knew we wanted another OLED from LG for the great colors and pitch blacks. We also do a fair amount of gaming and the high refresh rate of the G5 is greatly appreciated. Our room also has a large window and we needed a bright screen for daytime viewing. It's performing very well and the anti-glare helps a lot. There are no flat TVs with great sound (physical impossibility) but the G5 is considerably better than most. I worked in high end home audio/video for many years and would definitely recommend quality speakers and receiver for the best experience.

The picture quality is absolutely stunning—colors are vibrant, details are sharp, and the true blacks make every scene stand out. Watching movies in a dark room feels like a theater experience. Also, the sound is perfection without a speaker too, the quality of the movie or whatever is it that you are watching is amazing!!! You literally will be obsessed with this tv. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this as an upgrade to my 77" 2019 LG OLED C9 - and wow - this TV has shown how much OLEDs have improved over the past 6 years. Brightness - this in HDR is out of this world, the contrast between the black and the display is incredible. And having been using an LG OLED for a while, I'm used to the excellent contrast Movies - the Dolby Vision capabilities along with HDR have been excellent, re-watching some of the IMAX movies I've seen have been super enjoyable Sports - watching some Thursday night football from Amazon in 4k - chef's kiss - we could see every blade of grass on the field and the motion was super fluid, there is no comparison Gaming - having proper VRR and 120hz gaming is so nice, the PS5 shines on this gaming experience Overall this has been a wonderful upgrade into the current generation of OLEDs and I will continue to use LG OLEDs (I have 3 now!) as my primary TVs for movie, sports, and gaming

You get that famous, perfect OLED black level, but now it's cranked way up thanks to the "Brightness Booster Ultimate." This means even if your living room is super sunny, you can actually see all the details in the shadows, which is a big win. Plus, it has this crazy Alpha 11 AI Processor that makes everything look sharp and handles color like a total pro. If you’re into movies and want that true theater vibe but don't want to live in a cave, this is a serious contender. But let's be real, this is also a gaming monster. It rocks a native 120Hz refresh rate but can push up to 165Hz with VRR, plus it has all the bells and whistles like G-Sync and FreeSync. If you're running a PS5, Xbox Series X, or a high-end PC, the response time is practically instant (less than 0.1ms!), so your games look fluid and snappy on that huge screen. So, it's a massive, beautiful, future-proof TV, but you definitely have to commit to its "gallery" lifestyle.

The picture quality is just insane; perfect blacks, vivid colors, and a level of clarity that makes everything feel almost unreal. It feels like we've genuinely gotten to the point where we have a true spiritual successor to plasma, yet it has none of the drawbacks (this TV is also exceptionally thin & light for its size) Anyway, motion handling is smooth, gaming looks & feels phenomenal, and the brightness finally hits that sweet spot that was previously OLED's only Achilles heel. The design is slick and premium without trying too hard, and the integrated sound is surprisingly strong for a panel this thin. Definitely one of those purchases where you immediately feel the upgrade. This is it, folks, this is the endgame. It legit does not get any better than this.

The TV looks like a pircture frame on the wall. I got 83 inch tv and I am really happy with the sound quality especially when connected to the LG S95 AR sound sytem, it feels like you are watching content in a theatre.
