The television works well when it comes to sharpness and color, the real problems are when it heats up and cools down. The television cracks and pops causing sound distortion and unvsyncronized voices and sound. Blinks out and pauses at times. For the money, not to bad.

Will never own another Samsung TV. Most convoluted piece of electronics I've purchased. Bought October 2025, had two TV techs from my internet provider between Oct 2025 & June 2026. They got it to get WiFi signal, but I still can't get it to load streaming apps. Just viewing apps….no games, etc. So, it's still a dead TV. Have scheduled a pickup of this piece of trash for disposal. And please….I own 3 smart TVs but never encountered these problems. I tell everybody I encounter not to buy Samsung TVs. AND, why you need me to repeat my email address. It is registered with you & you used it to send this email? See what I mean about convoluted!?

The picture performance is great, if I have any complaints, it's with the remote control. I do not need presets in the remote control. For pay-per-view services, the remote control should simply operate the television. If I wish to use a paper site I can apply for it Myself the current remote control doesn't even have a volume control on it. But it sure has netflix's button on it.

The sound, picture, brightness and color are great. I'm not thrilled with the remote control. I would prefer to have numbers in order get to my favorite stations quickly. Right now when I turn on the TV, it goes to 4000+ station - Stingray Greatest Hits. That was totally unexpected and not appreciated. In addition, when I press down on the channel button, it doesn't stay there. It quickly closes out and I have to press it several more times before it actually stays on "All" the channels.

While I like the TV itself, if I pause a show for a few minutes it knocks me completely off by the time I come back then I have to go back to the app and get back to my show. I find that very annoying. And it doesn't have Pandora available. I hooked up a Roku device to solve these problems. But other than that I really like the TV itself, great picture! I still give it 4 stars. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is the "pausing" issue.

The picture is brilliantly clear almost 3D like. Action videos come clear with no visible distortions. The only weakness is the remote that comes in the box. Takes too long to learn and many functions are not easily available. Order SAMSUNG REMOTE BN59-01315J which allows easier access to channel guide functions.

I've been really impressed with this Samsung TV. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, and colors feel lifelike without looking oversaturated. The setup was surprisingly smooth, and I appreciate how easy it is to navigate the menus. Purchased another Samsung TV. This one is the largest at 75”. It's amazing! Might be a little too big for the room, but we don't have a problem. The picture quality is fantastic! Only tweak I would like to see is with the remote. I would love to have numbers on there but I guess too many people stream rather than hopping to their favorite channel.

I had initially bought a Samsung 50" Crystal Uhd 4K but had issues with the picture. Thankfully, I was able to return it after some confusion. I can honestly say I enjoy watching my Samsung TV. The resolution is impressive, the contrast excellent, the brightness perfect, the smoothness and realistic picture quality is great. It's a vibrant picture. The only thing that I would change is the volume. Outside of that it's pretty impressive.
