Menu options like the menu guides and apps on TV lag and freeze up all the time. It says there's no wifi signal at times but there is one.

Only reason for 4 star is the apps sometime lag but it always fixes itself. No crashes. Great contrast as well. The upscaling is nice on old movies and games with not much input lag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Crystal UHD TV from Samsung is the best TV I have ever owned. It is easy to operate and responds quickly to prompts and the remote. The screen is crystal clear with viewing from all angles remaining consistently bright. The contrast is adjustable to your liking which is a plus. The sound is comfortable for day and night time binging, its great to be able to adjust for movies that have loud music and sound effects, but quieter voices. I stream all the popular apps and am hooked up to cable and antenna, no issues connecting to all media. I bought it during a black Friday deal but even the regular price is worth every penny. Samsung just keeps getting better over time!

The picture quality and clarity are outstanding, with incredibly sharp details, vibrant colors, and excellent overall picture quality. It really is almost like looking through a window. One of the things that impressed me most is how bright the screen is, even in a very well-lit room. What's even more impressive is that the brightness doesn't come at the expense of contrast or picture quality. Even with the screen turned up in a bright room, the picture remains crisp, detailed, and well-balanced. The menu system is also very easy to navigate. Everything is laid out in a uniform, logical way, making it simple to find settings and features without having to dig through complicated menus. I'm also impressed with how responsive the TV is. I live in the countryside and use a Wi-Fi service that isn't exactly the fastest, but the TV remains very responsive. Streaming movies, sports, and other content has been smooth with no noticeable lag or sluggishness. After using this TV, I honestly have no complaints. It performs exactly as I hoped and delivers an exceptional viewing experience for everything from movies and TV shows to sports. For the price, I think this is arguably one of the best TVs you can buy in this size and price range.
