I had a Vizio for years and years and had to leave it behind when I moved. I settled on this tv due to price difference. And, I guess you get what you pay for. I do t like the remote, I was disappointed that I could not use voice command with remote without purchasing a sound bar and I find using the Samsung system is cumbersome and not user friendly. The picture itself is satisfactory.

Years ago we would buy a different brand of TV, then Samsung came out with their first one. Was hesitate to buy, but was pleasantly surprised how good the picture was, sound, and quality. Been buying Samsung ever since!! Just wish it was easier to know how each one performs because we do not understand all the lettering that they are given. Please make it simpler to understand. Am very pleased with the one we have now. Very clear picture, sound is great, and still has the best quality out there to choose from.

This is my second Samsung TV and this time I went bigger haha. I love the display and there's really a lot of content. I use a fire stick with it but Samsung has their own TV channels and I also have an antenna that I connect for my local channels. I really don't like ads so i stick to my streaming services mostly. And I'm not sure that I love the remote. Its just different than my last one so I'm getting used to it. Overall I love this TV. I moved my last one to the bedroom because it's still a great TV too so I'll keep buying Samsung TVs.

The audio seems to have problems staying hooked up to the sound bar. I have to go all the way to resetting my TV about 6 or 7 times, which seems to be the only way to get things working again. I go through the steps that are listed on the website, then end up resetting. WHY?? the $-K option does not seem to work as it should, even when I know that the 4K option is listed most times it does not show as 4K.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is bright, very contrasty, Upscaling works fine, not the best but again not the worst, Not very responsive, the OS lags a good bit but we use a Roku anyways so not a problem. Colors look AMAZING!! Best colors ever.

The TV is absolutely beautiful when it comes to the quality of the image, the brightness and depth of colors being displayed on the screen and how those same colors have a deep contrast between each other. I love the upscale features on the TV, especially when playing games cause of how much the quality improves without ruining the gameplay experience. The TV itself is pretty responsive, it experiences occasional stutters, but its overall a very fast experience still. I would 100% buy another TV like this one again, its too good to not want another.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great brightness, contrast, and overall picture quality! The upscaling is also a nice feature when watching newer movies and TV shows! The responsiveness has been a bit difficult to deal with however. When first turning the TV on, the remote does not respond to input for several seconds. Then when operating, there is either a delay that shows up or just no response at all. That causes double clicks when navigating to certain options. Great quality once you actually get to the features you're looking for!
