Samsung tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is crystal clear love the fact it has a gaming hub installed to allow gaming with your favorite controller without a console. Tv is very easy to setup and operate within minutes. Download mutiple apps or just watch one of there many channels available for free on Samsung tv. This TV has exceeded my expectations. So much more this TV can do i could go on and on.

Not nearly as good as the 20 year old Vizio i had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote is unreliable sometimes it works other times it doesn't. The smart things app usually does work. The sound is terrible using the internal speakers. I was forced to use a soundbar for adequate volume. Only two HDMI inputs is unacceptable. Overall I would not recommend this product and look forward to replacing it soon.

Hi JunkTV, We appreciate your feedback on the U7900 TV. If your TV is responding slowly or inconsistently to the remote, try the following steps: 1. Re-pair the remote – Stand within 1 foot of your TV and press Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. A message should appear confirming it's connected. 2. Check the battery level – Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Remote Control 3. Ensure proper charging – SolarCell Remotes can charge using: o Room light or direct sunlight (solar panel should face light source) o USB-C cable (preferably Samsung-branded) 4. Update your TV’s firmware – Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 5. 7900FD Crystal UHD TV (2025)

I spoke to support, and he tried different troubleshooting tasks, and nothing worked, so the next thing I know the phone disconnected and he didn't bother to call me back. I get the error message "smarthings tv plus" is installing but it never finishes and the same thing in happening with other apps that I try to watch.

Great picture poor connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the t v for a while now.And my first samsung, I have had several other TV brands and thus far this one has the poorest wifi connection. It drops out frequently while the others are working fine. Another drawback to this television is that you must have a samsung account logged in to even make the TV usable. On the plus side when the TV works the picture quality is good. I've move this TV to my bedroom now and placed the Vizio in the main living area now simply because of reliability of the connection.

Amazing picture quality for a cheaper Tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing picture quality for a cheaper tv the name Crystal really suits it because when I first saw one it looked like the screen must be made of Crystal it was such a beautiful picture. I fell in love with Samsung Crystal UHD tv's from my first viewing of one in a home and not in a bright store. Would recommend highly if on a budget and cant afford more expensive Oled Samsung tv's.

Great value!

Excellent tv at a real value price. Loaded with lots of great content, nice resolution and very thin design. The only little thing I would improve is switching inputs (apple tv to playstation to built in apps etc), which can seem a bit cumbersome. But overall this huge screen with amazing display and free games and content is a winner!

Horrible experience w/ delivery and mount service

11/26-place order for TV to deliver same day; mount service for 12/3 via Angi list 3p- Mount delivered, no TV. Call x4 times, then went to Sugar Land loc 6p-Was told only online service can assist. Online Rep said by 8p 7:30p-Received call from Stafford loc stating I MUST pick up TV by 8p or else order will be cancelled and would have to wait 5-7 business days for money return. Been on phone for 35 min. Manager Kat told me I order TV for pick up curbside. No SENSE. After realizing she was wrong she told me driver cannot come cause it's too late now. 11/28-Call online service twice, finally Dennis said that mount and TV came from 2 different location. ok. I could not track b/c it was not out for delivery yet. Assigned new driver. TV came. 12/1 Spoke to online services twice. Confirmation email from Angi list with the wrong location (previous address-moved out 3 yrs). Contact online and spoke to 3 different reps (1.5 hrs) long to confirm the correct address from which the order was placed 12/2 am- Spoke to online service and on 3 way with Angi list and verified my address. It appeared that I had an account with Angi in past, hence my old address came up which it shouldn't bc order placed to recent one. 12/3 2 Tech suppose to show up for 7am. Call online at 7:10am who stated that tech is on way. At 7:41 I got an alert that Bixio from Angi List said he was outside my home from 7-7:30. LIES he tell. NO ONE came to my door. My dog would be barking, no activity on ADT to prove him wrong. No bell ring nothing. 12/3 Call back Angi/Sams 8557550309. On phone for 40 min and being told I can cancel the service and have my money return. Cannot hold tech accountable bc he closed out the ticket. Appt set up for 1pm, but no tech assigned. 12/3 8am- The 2nd tech showed up. My sone helped with installing. Bottom line: NOT ordering anything AGAIN for delivery. The Stafford team how called was rude bc the 1st rep told me when I asked to speak to the manager "She will tell me the same thing", about me ordering for pick up and I must come now or it will be cancelled. Come to find out it was to pick up from driver for delivery. Bixio is a liar, unless he went by the wrong house. But he didn't respond back when I texted him on app that he DID NOT come to my address. He will be held accountable. All reps told me about cancelling my order bc that is the easiest thing to do. HOWEVER, when you take off from work to accommodate scheduled deliveries, it is not cool that I would have to do the same thing again for another delivery. I hope that Cooperate can contact me. I have at least 3 hrs worth of phone time trying to get a TV delivered and service for mounting. Absolutely absurd.

This is one the best products I've bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy it is to stream movies for the family and the Samsung 50" is so clear and easy to use. I can go from watching my shows. To letting the kids click right over to play there games in one simple click this is one the best TV I've ever owned and recommend it to anyone that loves to stream movies or play games all the way to been able to connect with my business partners and have meeting all in the comfort of my own home. I give the tv a 10 star rating.
