[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first week I had this TV it was already becoming slow to respond(had to manually reset and delete apps), the screen was tearing and distorting while watching some YouTube videos. Contrast is very dark on this one but, I didn't pay a whole lot of money for it so, I can't complain too much. I just expected more from a Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this TV. Relatively easy set-up and the picture quality is excellent. The problem? I've had trouble with no sound almost since I purchased it. I was instructed by Samsung to turn it off/on again to solve the issue, which I have to do almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I TURN ON THE TV...sometimes for 10 minutes or more. I have a technician coming this week to look at it (since it's still under warranty). This should not be necessary. I purchased this TV to replace an LG which I had for 6 years; wish I had gotten another LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 75" model replaced my previous 5-year old 75" Samsung, which was a huge improvement over my previous TV. This model offers 4K when available and currently the channel broadcasting the World Cup offers 4K option, with a picture so pure it's like it puts me right in the stands!

I'm a true believer in them, when it comes to Phones , Watches, Sound Systems, TVs and dryers; that you can't go wrong getting. Unfortunately I've learned the hard way that isn't the case though with their refrigerators (ice makers have a known defect) , Oven ( about 6 years into it the heating coils in the oven part went and it was cheaper to just buy another stove\ oven) , dishwashers (got rid of it in less then 3 years cause it constantly leaked and would trip the breaker) , washing machines (not horrible but going on 8 years and it's rusting from the inside out) , as those have been nightmares for me. But you'll never have an issue with a phone or a TV from them—they do it right. As far as I'm concerned their UI is leaps above Sonys. So if your like me and have comepletly cut cable and live off of every Steam Service. Samsung as figured out a way to make it all work so that you can see everything it knows you want to see and knows what I might like even though I've never heard of a show. And the best part is it ties in with my phones so always have a remote. The only think I wish they would approve upon is the Dolby Vision with streaming services. My Sony can do thst but then again it's 95 inches and cost 3k when I bout it three years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took some to adjust to the workings of this TV. Older citizens need a universal set up. NOT one specific to every brand out there. After the 1.5 hr. set up process, we are happy with the picture quality and especially the tv speakers. Had to use a soundbar with others TV's in the past. Also, for older people, the remote is very small, hard to use with arthritic hands! Buttons very small, also the color of the remote. No discernible colors to know what button is what. So, my suggestion is,,,, don't forget there are people out there older than 55 and need some adjustments made to there electronics! We are still alive and trying to thrive!

The responsiveness and the brightness along with the contrast and the upscaling, really make for a perfect tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 65" screen is truly "theater view" and the picture is sharp, crisp, and outstandingly colorful!! The contrast and brightness brings the scenes and people alive in the room! The menu Apps are strategically aligned and very responsive to the remote control. The many features are easily accessible and upscale. My friends and family are enjoying it too an extreme. They are all wanting their own Theater setup. I Love my HD TV. Entertainment has now gone to a high level. Thank you Samsung.

I recommend this TV to anyone who is looking for a smooth experience. It also allows you to connect your Xbox account. Gaming is perfect with the vibrancy and contrast, and the overall experience with the TV is great. You can play 4K 60FPS, and everything looks rich and crisp.
