Not the Same Formula From Last Year; BEWARE

If you have sensitive skin, be careful with this product. I have combination skin and don’t usually consider my skin sensitive. I had been using CeraVe for about 1.5 years with no issues, but when I bought this new set (because I was running low), things changed. After I started using it, I began getting pimples—which is very unusual for me. Then my eyes started burning, and my eyelids felt really tired and irritated. The only new thing in my routine was this bottle of cream. I stopped using it, and it took about 3 days for my skin to recover. I’m guessing the formula may have changed. It’s really upsetting because products like this are supposed to be safe, even for people with eczema. I’m glad I figured out what was causing the reaction, but I’m honestly very disappointed—and ended up throwing the bottles away.

Bring back the individual 19 ounce Cerave DMC

Not happy with this multipack switch. Please bring back the 19 ounce Cerave Moisturizing Cream. It was a better value, IMO, especially when combined with “instant savings”.

Bad packaging

I like the Moisturizing cream but do NOT like the new packaging. I do not want a 12 ounce. It would be nice if there was a refill size. I use a lot of this for my dry skin. I use to buy the 19 oz pump, but no longer available?

Great product, stupid packaging

Great product, but seriously, what’s up with this packaging? It comes with two jars and just one pump, which is not interchangeable. A competing big-box store offers two jars, with a pump that fits both. This packaging has to be the worst I’ve ever encountered.

Hate how the package is sized, love the product.

I love the product, but this packaging is the worst. You get the regular size Cerave with the pump and then the bottom jar is smaller and will not accommodate the pump. This is the only way it is sold at Sam's and I will not buy it there again. If I wanted to stick my hand in the jar, I would just buy the jar, but I really like the pump. Maybe they are phasing out the pump. I am going to be saving mine.
