Impressed with the Quality – Great Security Camera

Is amaizing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is super easy to install. It brings its own adapter to the wall. The application is very friendly. Its sharpness is very good. It makes me calm. My use is to see my pets inside the house but it has more specific use options such as recognizing deliveries, motion sensor to alarm if there is smoke inside the house. It is an excellent option.

No more blind spot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera has worked great for a bkind spot that we had. The image is clear day and night. Very easy installation! Small but mighty! My two negatives are that we do have to pay a monthly membership fee which is not high. The swnd negative is that we must have it plugged in for battery. It does connect to wifi which is a plus. The price for the product is very accessible for most.

Good quality-must pay after trial

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera itself works great. Detects cars in the driveway, movement, people, and identifies who they are. The video quality is clear and easy to see, and it’s easy to install. The app however left a little to be desired, there’s tons of features but it does require you to turn on push notifications when setting up the camera, and you do have to sign up for a paid subscription after the trial. I like it better than another brand security camera I have.

Awesome Security Camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this security camera. The cord is extremely long which allows for a good placement inside your home. Very easy to set up and install on your wall. The app is also easy to set up and easy to navigate. It does cost money if you want to set up a plan. The video quality is very clear and you have the ability to talk through it as well.

Do not buy

Do not buy. Unlike previous Arlo cameras you must buy a subscription to record any of the videos. After 30 days you will have to buy to record events such as motion detection etc. it’s a minimum of $18 a moth billed annually. The is $216 days each payment

cameras are great till the free trial is over, then unless you subscribe to a plan, you can not see any recordings, only live feed

Disappointed!!!!Not what I expected!!!

These cameras are horrible and I’m very disappointed in Arlo. I had the Arlo pro 2 for over 5 yrs and had no trouble from them. I buy this camera system and nothing but problems. They don’t stay charged, go offline, if you use the lights and the sirens that kills the battery power. Just so many problems will not buy again😐Then Arlo Pro 2 monitoring was free now you have to pay☹️😞🫤Will not buy again.

Absolute garbage. 1st one failed after 13 months and was out of warranty. Now I changed internet service provders and the cameras cannot switch tonthe new network. After 3 days of arguing with Arlo tech support we were able to prove it was their hardware and there reponse is "so sorry you are out of warranty." Definately pass of these devices.

arlo sucks

cameras go offline, cameras have no color, arlo technical support is terrible and never fixes anything and always refuses to replace. I have opened over 100 tickets. the engineers are unreachable. they have you do same basic troubleshooting over and over again which never works. I bought 3 smart hubs to be right next to cameras and still can't get them working. they charge a fortune for cvr over 100\month. nothing ever works. 1 device is offline for no reason right now and another has no color. they lose color during daytime all the time.
