I have sent one laptop to the company and they returned with another 1. And now I'm having the same issue with this one..

Really happy with this laptop so far. The screen looks great, the touchscreen works smoothly, and I love being able to flip it into tablet mode when I need to. It handles everyday stuff like streaming and browsing without any issues. Overall, a solid laptop for the price.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and its perfect for traveling. I am currently visiting family in Texas and this has come in so handy especially with 3 little ones running around. I can easily go from light work mode straight into tablet mode for drawing with the little ones. Its also perfect for standing up and watching movies.

Sloowww. Set up process was 2 hours. Keys are tiny. Shift key is small like others. Not has nice as the previous Gateway I purchased. Overall, thumbs down on this but I only use it for browsing/ shopping.

Ordering and shipping is fine. The quality of the laptop is questionable. I like the size and the price of the laptop. The sound quality is not good! Despite being new, the internet service lags. It will do for now.

Description of laptop on Sams Club app says it has 1 year of Office. A small card in the box with the laptop says it has 1 year of Office. After booting up the laptop and signing into Microsoft account, Office365 did not activate. So I bought Sams Club Office 2024 to get a permanent desktop copy of Office. But Office only comes up as an online copy. This is infuriating. Sams Club, Gateway, and Microsoft did not deliver on their written promises.
