this machine is sturdy and easy to use. It has wifi and a nice size screen. The sound is great. The microphones are good quality. It did not come with an HDMI cable.

this version has the exact same features as the flagship "Platinum Plus" version that retails for $350. It seems like they gave it a different name for wholesale clubs and lowered the price by $150. BUY this one, it is AMAZING and you get GREAT QUALITY! We took it out of the box and charged the microphones for a bit and had a blast. Best birthday gift EVER!

I purchased this for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift. She absolutely loves it. We've had so much fun singing together. It's great that there are two microphones and they can be charged on charging docks right on the machine. The screen is very easy to read. We were able to find several songs we like without having to order a subscription. You can access many different music apps on the screen. This is a high-quality item that we are very impressed with.

Best karaoke machine ever!!

it's the best Karaoke machine we ever bought, got it on Friday and have not stopped using it with the family all weekend, IT'S DEFINITLY A PARTY STARTER !! all the music aps are included, we tried the Singing Machine app and it was very user friendly, we connected it to our TV, the sound quality is great ! Overall a great product, will for sure become a must do during our gatherings.

I'm so pleased with this investment. I bought it in December, and have been using it quite frequently. I'm super excited to host my first karaoke party in the near future bc I know it's going to be fun. I love how it comes with 2 mics clear sounding mics that charged by sitting them in their designated ports on the machine! This is a great investment, as it will definitely help create a lot fun %26 memorable experiences!

You do not need the subscription to use this but I wish it had a travel case to take places. The sound is amazing. It has built in auto tune. The microphone charging ports are built in on the machine so the microphones are easy to charge. Expect to tell ppl where u got it bc everyone who uses it will want one. I've had this a week and already two families who came over have bought one.

Sits with our entertainment system. Voice is very clear with independent volume controls. Would definitely recommend for anyone considering an easy to use and professional sounding unit. not very user friendly. you need hdmi to connect it to a TV. also need to switch the input . also no option for 3rd microphone

I'm pretty sure they sent me a used one. Not only was one of the mics broken, but there are also scratches on the buttons. I've never received a device with a screen that didn't have protective plastic on it, and this one didn't. The overall condition makes me question whether this was actually brand new.
