She said that the taste was just okay, and that she liked the amount of protein in it, as well as the fact it has fiber (since it’s super important to up your fiber when increasing your protein). She said she prefers Fairlife still, but would buy this if Fairlife wasn’t available.

The flavor was rich, smooth, and genuinely tasted chocolatey. It wasn’t overly sweet or chalky like some other protein drinks. It sort of tasted like a Wendy’s frosty, but much healthier considering the protein, which helped me feel refueled and energized post-workout. One thing to note: I did experience a slight stomach ache shortly afterward. I'm not entirely sure if it was related to the shake, but it's something I’ll keep an eye on next time I try it.

I poured it over ice and it had a similar taste to skim chocolate milk. I did not notice any weird aftertaste and it did curb my appetite. All in all a good product I would try other flavors .

The taste is more of a dark chocolate, but it is not chalky like some of the protein shakes on the market. It's definitely worth a try!

It is not overly sweet, so if you like sweetness mirroring a piece of chocolate this may not be your jam. I appreciate Oikos’ attempt at better ingredients than some other brands also. There is just a small chemical like aftertaste to me which is slightly off putting. It does boast 30g of protein which is pretty high for people looking to up their protein intake with little effort.
