Taste is not good. Fairlife protein shake is better. It tastes like Chocolate milk. Struggled to finish the bottle of Oikos. Not worth the money difference.

I don’t care for the protein “tang” in most shakes so I had low expectations. Not my cup of tea but worth trying if you like these drinks.

The texture is quite thick like any other protein drink. I’m 119 lbs female and it did keep me full until lunch. I would definitely buy again and I hope they make a lactose free version one day
