[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was time to replace my 10 year old LG OLED, the obvious choice would be another LG so I decided to purchase the G5 65 inch stand model. I am over the moon with the picture quality, I have looked at other makes and I believe they are not a patch on LG. I am still getting used to all the features within this TV and finding something new each day. I do not regret purchasing this TV and I would highly recommend this model to any potential purchasers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this tv only a few days ago the picture is stunning as is the sound quality though adjustments are easily sorted using the ai features, still finding my way around using the remote, which is the only downside to this tv as I don’t find it comfortable to hold, thank goodness for voice control

After months of waiting for my G5, I finally received it, and it is the best TV picture I have seen from any TV that I have looked at. I have no complaints about the picture quality. I did purchase the soundbar SC9. For the first month, the sound worked fine. I was happy with it. Then one day after an update that took place at night while the TV was off, I found that when I turn on the TV, the sound is now automatically at 100%, and I have to scramble to get it turned down. After watching TV and then shutting it off when I come back later to watch TV again, 75% of the time, the sound is once again at 100%, except one time it was at 0%. I have done nothing different to create this problem. I feel after that update, the soundbar and TV audio isn't acting as it did when I first unboxed the TV. I have looked at all the TV and soundbar settings and have tried making some changes, but all that I have tried has done nothing to solve the problem. This is the reason for the four stars. The audio is acting up, and I have not been able to correct it. Hopefully, LG will look into what would otherwise be a fantastic TV. I am thinking of buying the C5 in a 55”, but wondering if I want to wait until the audio is fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic TV. The picture is outstanding and it is very easy to operate. I found the picture to be superior to many similarly priced TVs. I am not a fan of the built in OS, or the remote but those could be changed by using a streaming device. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking to improve their home theater setup.
