My favorite part about the TV is the quality of the screen. Took some shots of how crystal clear the quality is. Great sound performance too. Even my brother in law in sound was happy with it. Just a tad expensive.

All I can say is this tv is simply stunning in sound, picture and build quality. Comes with wall mount and fixings and instructions that you can actually follow. If you are looking at a C or B model I would highly recommend viewing thw G5 as an alternative as it leaves the other in its dust.

The sound quality is absolutely incredible. The picture is lovely and sharp and clear and really defines things when you are watching movies for example installation was the easiest I have ever done remote control has plenty of buttons with shortcuts everything that you need. I would just probably say for the more visually impaired. The buttons could be slightly larger energy efficiency our electric bill whilst the TV is on has gone down compared to our old TV so I would say so far this is absolutely fantastic.

Fantastically accurate colours combine with a powerful processor and solid panel for a wide array of features capabilities to suit every need. As someone primarily interested in gaming, the G5 is an absolute powerhouse, I’ve finally experienced PS5 exclusives in 120Hz with AAA gameplay becoming buttery smooth. 4K movies like 2023’s Oppenheimer are made engrossing in entirely new ways when spectacular clarity is enhanced by the new AI picture mode - a feature I was admittedly skeptical of to begin with - pushing the limits of the cinematic experience. The smaller 48G5 excels in an equally scaled room, the speakers never failed to carry a note nor boom along with an accompanying bass, delivering Dolby Atmos sound for appropriately matched pictures. Overall, the 48G5 is a premium, medium/large TV capable of delivering incredible visuals and captivating audio. When paired with top of the range input devices, it helps epitomise the strengths of OLED Evo technology. Emboldened by AI features throughout the G5 is an easy intuitive device to set up and use - even for a first time LG owner. In short, would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month or so ago. First May I say it is an amazing tv, great picture and amazing sound, surpassing a friends sound bar. The only snag was the lack of UK “catch up” apps. However LG have been amazing, their service centre took charge and over a period of a month all the catch up apps bar one have come in. The AI sound setting is fantastic and the upscaling on the picture from dvds is likewise amazing. The only thing it is lacking is a 3D setting, which for some unknown reason has been dropped from recent tvs. Set up was easy and the abundance of HDMI sockets really helps with today’s myriad of connections needed. Although a little pricy, well worth the expense. After all you get what you pay for don’t you?

Dialogue comes through crisp and clear which is not usually the case with newer TVs. Most require a sound bar, this one does not. Setup was surprisingly easy for a TV of this caliber. It arrived wall-mount ready although we had to buy aftermarket feet for it as we didn’t have the wall space to hang it. The new webOS interface is intuitive, fast, and user-friendly. My husband was commenting on how much quicker everything loads.
