Make sure to call on your strongest and most technically sound friends/handymen to install. I may not be going on vacation for another four years, but looking at this TV every day is gonna make me happier than any trip to Europe ever would.

When there's explosions and intense scenes, you feel it. The Primary RGB Tandem OLED panel is spectacular. We have our G5 in our living and we never have to close the curtains to enjoy our beautiful TV. The LG G5 is well equipped keep up with your latest gaming needs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is to help anyone that uses a G5 with a games console, there is currently an issue linked to HDR and 120hz handshake issues and the TV going into standby. This becomes very annoying when you have to power the TV back on wait for the screen to refresh with a another blank screen and then the picture resets back to normal, this isnt an isolated incident so you will have to perfom the same steps at somepoint again. From my tech experiece its the TV and could be linked to a firmware version as HDR has been an issue for others after reading more into it, apart from that its a great TV but LG need to get the fix underway as it makes it unplayable for me personally however trivial it might sound to others. Next fimrware due on the 18th December so fingers crossed.

The blacks are absolute, the colors are vibrant and realistic, and the brightness is more than sufficient for any environment. The thin, minimalist design (Gallery Design) makes it look like a work of art on the wall, even when it's turned off. The combination of the massive 97-inch screen with LG's α9 (Alpha 9) processor results in a sharp, fluid, and incredibly immersive picture. Watching movies in 4K HDR or gaming is an experience I didn't know was possible to have at home. In summary, it's a premium product that delivers everything it promises and more. For those who demand the best quality and have the budget for it, it is the perfect choice. I am 100% satisfied!

If a had a gripe it would that you definitely need a sound bar otherwise the sound is a little thin for my liking.

This is my 3rd LG TV, C2 then G4 and now the G5. Going from the C to G's was a great upgrade. I used these mainly for gaming with PC, Xbox and PS5, however the new G5 65" is an awesome streaming TV especially for YouTube and all the popular streaming apps. The Gaming is extremely good, the Refresh rate makes such a big difference, so smooth. I don't even use monitors anymore. This was on sale for Black Friday which caused me to buy it right then. Awesome TV.
