Majorly impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn’t planning on purchasing a new tv until I saw the resolution of the screen! Unreal. The speed of the tv is unreal, the app interface has exceeded my expectations after moving from a Samsung es8000 with multiple upgrade boxes purchased to improve performance. The speed of set up was brilliant, qr codes made everything simple. Overall delighted with tv after a month of ownership

More features than I would ever get to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When buying this LGTV I chose quality over size firstly, the brightness and contrast stood out most, the resolution is superior to the ones around, an I was immersed in it's viewing could not turn away, that's what says I have to have this LGTV in my home.

Must Buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, it’s impressive how vibrant the color is, how high-quality it is, and how light it is. The TV is amazing. The control is great; I could move it easily. We love it so much. The value for the price is great, and it looks very durable. I must buy it.

Still the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG OLED ( I bought the first in 2016) and nothing compares. It's now possible to watch TV in a sunny room and still see the picture. If I had to criticise something it would be that with an HDR picture, subtitles are too bright, and there's no obvious way to calm them down.

Great for a sunny room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Already owned a G4, but the G5 looked worth the step for my 2nd TV. It has almost no screen reflection, which is great in our living room due to large windows. Features and sound are decent, and I much prefer the OS on LG TV's over other makes.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Picture and Smart Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the LG G5 TV, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is absolutely stunning — the OLED display delivers incredibly deep blacks, vibrant colors, and impressive brightness that makes everything from movies to sports look amazing. Even in a bright room, the screen remains clear and vivid. The design is another highlight. It’s sleek, ultra-thin, and looks fantastic mounted on the wall, giving the living room a very modern feel. The build quality feels premium, exactly what you’d expect from a high-end TV. I’m also really impressed with the smart features. The interface is smooth and easy to navigate, and apps load quickly. Streaming services look phenomenal in 4K, and the AI picture and sound settings automatically optimize everything depending on what you're watching. Gaming performance is excellent too. With fast response times and support for the latest gaming features, it pairs perfectly with next-gen consoles.

Great TV - But not SO great

Bought this to replace an LG OLED55E9P and although this one has a better "spec" I find the panel too garish (oversaturated colours) I don't like the ir receiver which sticks out at the bottom like an afterthought, and I REALLY don't like the new menus layout - so much of it is counter intuitive compared to the older version. For example if I want to tun on subtitles I have to press the up/down button at least Nineteen times! Also the remote is definitely not as good as the previous one - there are no pause/play buttons for a start - and the TV guide button is in a more awkward place. So, It's abetter TV - but also not as carefully thought out as previous models (in my opinion).

Thanks for your detailed feedback. It’s good to hear you can see the improvements on paper compared to your previous OLED, but we understand what you’re saying—it’s not always just about specs, it’s about how the TV feels to use day to day. The picture settings out of the box can be quite punchy, so you might find switching to a different picture mode or tweaking the colour settings helps make it look a bit more natural and closer to what you’re used to. We also hear your points on the design and usability. Things like the IR receiver, menu layout, and remote are all part of the overall experience, and it’s clear they haven’t landed the same way for you. The feedback about the menus—especially how long it takes to get to things like subtitles—is really useful, and we’ll make sure that’s passed on. Appreciate you taking the time to share this, it’s genuinely helpful. Regards

Absolutely Stunning Tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 65” LG OLED looks incredible wall-mounted—like a piece of art when it’s off, and even better when it’s on. The picture quality is next level, with perfect blacks, vibrant colours, and amazing clarity whether you’re watching films, sport, or gaming. Super slim design keeps everything clean and modern, and it really transforms the room. Sound is solid too, even without a soundbar. Genuinely feels like a cinema experience at home I couldn’t be happier with it.

How Do You Beat This?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG is in a class of its own, the picture and sound quality are fantastic. I'd easy to see why this is a Which Best Buy TV brand. The eye care feature is very good and they sound quality is equal to having a sound bar. The salesman told me we don't needs a soundbar and he was right. This is a lovely product.

Happy with my upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV has been a wonderful upgrade to our old LG TV that we had for a number of years. Colour is fantastic, screen is nice and bright even in a sunny room and the sound is really good. I would recommend this TV to anyone.
