Horrible shipping experience

Can’t comment on the product yet because it is three weeks past the delivery date and we still don’t have the product. Not sure why Sam’s Club, an American company with deep pockets would use Maersk as their shipping company. I have spent hours on the phone with Sam’s Club and Maersk trying to find our order. Of course Sam’s Club charged my CC right away. It has been six weeks since order date. If the items ever do arrive I will add comments about quality.

Poor Customer Service

Just as the other review before mine. I'm having the same issue! Del was scheduled for yesterday and I waited ALL day! I have also spent hours trying to get an update and Sam's has offered NO help! Sam’s Club also charged my CC right away!

Still no furniture, horrible customer service

Still no patio furniture, no confirmation on order, horrible customer service. It’s past the delivery date and no confirmation received. I’ve tried to reach customer support and it’s so hard to speak with someone even via chat. I’m trying to cancel my order and search for another patio set and they won’t let me until a much later date. I’m sitting in limbo and still don’t know the status!

Who knows when it’s coming
