I'm so disappointed with this product. I loved the tast of it, but it dried out my lips something awful! It's not emollient enough. I bought both the tube and the tin, hoping that one would be more emollient, but to no avail. My top lip feels like it's been sandpapered!

And when I say I made them last, I mean I was used my nail to get the last bits when it wouldn't twist up anymore. Never traveling again without a ton of back-ups!!

My lips got super dried out on a trip over the summer and became really painful, to the point where smiling hurt! I went to the doctor, tried a variety of different products, but nothing worked. I read somewhere that beeswax might help, so bought Burt's Bees original Beeswax balm and it worked! Not only did it cure my chronic chapped lips, it feels great knowing that this is a natural product and is eco-friendly! Let's protect the bees!

I normally use the pomegranate lip balm, but this was on Christmas clearance and I thought I'd try it out. I'm glad I did! I had spent the Christmas/New Year holidays in Las Vegas this year and the dry, cold, and windy weather caused very chapped lips. This lip balm was my savior! My lips were soothed and replenished.

There's just too much to say about this lip balm! I have a bad habit of misplacing lip balm, but this one is worth hanging on to! It's the first stick I've used completely. It's long wearing, the flavored ones are great, and it leaves my lips soft and hydrated whether I'm in the frigid arctic environment or the harsh deserts in the Middle East. I won't be buying another brand.

I hated having all these chapsticks and lip balms that weren't natural. You end up eating it eventually and the thought of all those chemicals made me sick. So I turned to this! I have a tin almost in every room and my purse. While it won't last long in the winter months or if you are constantly sipping water, the tin lasts forever so you can afford to reapply. I love the peppermint and menthol cooling effect it causes on your lips. It is so refreshing. Give it a try!

Burts Beeswax Lip Balm Rules!!! All of there Lip Balms do, Which is why i often give them to friends as gifts. People always tell me how good it was and they where so happy that i inturduced them to burts that they now too buy it regulary. I Always have back up in my house at all times My Burts Bees Lip Balm is the one think i never leave the house with out.

I first got this lip balm as a gift from my sister. I was surprised at how smoothly it glides on. It is just a little thicker than other lip balms, but that helps to keep the moisture in, and it isn't thick in a bad way. It lasts a lot longer than any other lip balm I've used, even ones that also contain beeswax. It even lasts through gym class (running gets me out of breath easily) and band lessons (I play flute), when the constant flow of air over my lips usually dries them out. If I put it on before bed, I wake up with really soft, healthy-looking (and healthy-feeling!) lips. Even if I get some in my mouth by accident, it really doesn't taste that bad. I have really bad acne, and I'm surprised that the lip balm doesn't cause breakouts around my mouth, unlike other balms that contain petrolatum/petroleum. I think my only qualm about this product is that when it is almost completely used up, I can't easily get to the lip balm at the very bottom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have long been a fan of Burt's Bees products, and have used your lip balms exclusively for years. A couple of years ago, my mother was hospitalized for an extended time and was bed bound. Her lips would crack and peel. The petroleum based products provided by the hospital were just not working for her. I happened to have a new tube of your original formula lip balm in my purse and used it on her lips off & on for a day. The next day, when my father & I visited, she ordered him to go buy her several tubes as it worked so wonderfully well. After that, she never used any other lip balms and I think she even converted several of her friends to your brand, heh.

I have been using the Burt's Bees Honey Lip Balm. Something about it was bothering me and I just couldn't put my finger on it. Then I tried the Beeswax Lip Balm and I got it! I usually do like the original and firsts of products and it holds true here as well. I will be sticking with the Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm from now on.
