Dude, you're breaking my heart into pieces. Why can't I find the lip balm tins in retail stores anymore? This product is a constant with me and I don't leave home without it. I have a tin in my pocket at all times and keep two in my laptop bag as backup. Please don't be a sell-out and discontinue. Desperate in Dallas for Burts tins...

In the winter and even during the summer I always have dry lips. I have tried several different products and nothing seems to work. Then I found beeswax lip balm and I have not used anything else since. This is a great product and I have recommended it to many of my friends.

I used to use several other lip balms and glosses, but now it's only Burt's Bees for me. This stuff has saved my 61-year-old lips from drying up and blowing away. My husband doesn't like stinky, sticky lipglosses, but he loves soft lips. Burt's Beeswax lip balm to the rescue!

The waxy texture takes some getting used to, I'll admit. But this is the most moisturizing lip balm I've ever used (and as an admitted lip balm addict, I've used a LOT.) I recently purchased lip balms from a couple of mainstream brands (which I'll leave unnamed) and I received another tube of this as a gift (WHY is this not the only lip balm I buy? Seriously, it deserves to be.) I'd been wearing them for a while, and got seriously tired of the dry lips...those mainstream brands made my normally soft, supple lips dry and rough!!!! I broke out the tube of Burt's Bees lip balm that I had stashed away (planning to use up the others first) and it's an INSTANT difference. Within minutes, my lips are soft and smooth again. The waxy texture makes this lip balm GREAT under lipstick as well. It doesn't "melt" the lipstick like some do. Perfect!

I have tried all other lip protection competitors. There is no comparison. This product keeps my lips soft and protected from the elements! I have sensitive skin, so a natural product, like Burt's Bees was perfect for me! Try it for yourself and you will leave rave reviews, too!

I didn't think I'd like this variation on the standard beeswax balm, as I like my balm pretty firm. But I figured I'd try it, and I'm so glad I did! It applies nicely (the tip is shaped just right for a no-mess application), gives a nice peppermint tingle, and the smell is almost like an amplification of the original. I'm not sure if that's intentional or if I'm just imagining the extra peppermint, but I feel like it's the Burt's Bees equivalent of the C.O. Bigelow 2X products at Bath & Body Works - a double punch of mintyness. Being that it's thinner than the original formulation (in order to be squeezable), it does go away a little faster if you have a terrible habit of rubbing your lips together like I do. But I keep one of these in the pocket of every jacket now, because it's just the perfect thing when my lips are feeling dry, or when I want to add a little sheen to my lips. A+ product!

I bought a new tube of the original beeswax but noticed two new ingredients that were not listed on the tube I just finished: linalool and eugenol. I looked up these ingredients and while they seem natural enough, I noticed that the lip balm is not as pepperminty and the texture is different. It actually seems to be drying out my lips and the “burn” is less soothing and just kind of feels like I’m getting a rash from it. I’m disappointed in the change and hope I can find some of the old formula to stock up on.

I've been a Burt's Balm lover for years. Nothing else will soothe my lips. I am wondering if Burt's has any plans to make some new balms in the future, like with lavender, lilac, rose or any other oils for us fans? I suggested this about a year or two ago, but nothing has come out yet. I hope you will consider this request.

this is hands down the best lip moisturizer that i have ever used. i love the burning sensation that a couple other reviewers have complained about. i prefer the tin over the tube, but will use either! it goes on very smooth. my lips stay moisturized for a relatively long time, in comparison to chapstick, which i have to put on every few minutes. i can go a few hours before i notice my lips starting to dry again.
