I've tried them all, believe me, and this Burt's Bees lip balm is the only one I'll ever use. Non-greasy, never heavy, it leaves my lips feeling tingly (thanks, peppermint oil!) and hydrated. I generally have at least 2 tubes at any given time to avoid having to use something else. There are few products I remain loyal to and never waiver, and this is one of them.

This product, much like the Burt's Bees lip shimmer, is one that I use everyday! I received this from a friend and have since carried it around with me throughout the day, reapplying it every hour or so as needed. I love that it is as minty as it is. It keeps my lips hydrated and feeling fresh. The only disadvantage is the fact that it is not in stick form so I have to be careful and make sure that my fingers are clean before applying, so if this is a concern for you I'd reccomend trying a different product. The tin is small and portable, making it great for traveling. Due to the fact that it is clear and mint scented, it is gender neutral, making it great for gifting as well as sharing. Would reccomend!

okay so you see like all these adds for top brand lip balms and they claim to work AND last all day. But i try them and they NEVER work. One of my friends had a Burts Bess lip balm and i tried it and loved it!!!! Ever since then thats the only lip balm i use!! Thanks Burts Bees for making it so....well...NATURAL!!!!!

I had high hopes for this lip balm, since this is basically the signature item; however, it left my lips cracked and sore. I LOVE the lip balm in the TIN, though - that one works wonders on my lips. I know why - some people are sensitive to beeswax as a first ingredient. I've tried other balms with beeswax and have had the same problem. SO, I use the balms that list some other oil or wax first. I use the original Burt's Bee's Lip Balm in the tin for the summer and the Replenishing Lip Balm in the winter. I always pass my tubes of this on to my friends.

Burt's Bees Beeswax mint and honey lip balm is the only brand that works when my family's lips are chapped. The honey flavor has been our standby favorite -- soothing to the lips and to the olfactory senses, due to the scent of real beeswax. The new honey flavor has a cloying smell, and isn't as soothing. Please bring back the original honey flavor!

I used to use Carmex lip balm because it was great for my cold sores, but recently I switched to Burt's because the smell of Carmex was nauseating. Burt's is just as moisturizing and great on my lips as Carmex, though a little less long wearing; however, Burt's has a pleasant minty smell. The peppermint oil is great, and comparable to CE Bigalow's because both mask unpleasant breath. I really like this lip product but I really wish that it were alot easier to get out of the pan.

I REALLY LIKE THIS PRODUCT. FEELS GOOD, TASTES GOOD. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS A MECHANICAL ONE. I CARRY IT IN MY POCKET BECAUSE IT IS MY FAVORITE LIP BALM, BUT WHILE I'M WORKING , IT UNWINDS INTO THE CAP AND THEN BREAKS OFF WHEN I OPEN IT ..SO NOW I'M FORCED TO LEAVE IT HOME AND USE BRAND "X".

This is, by far, the best product I've ever used. Period. It smells incredible, it is refreshing for the lips and breath, it is long-lasting, and it is affordable. I have used the balm for 2-3 years and have given it to friends and loved ones, and everyone who has tried it has loved it. Buy it. It's the very best lip balm you'll ever find.

I was excited to try out Burt's Bees chapstick because I had heard such good things about them a few years ago, but during the period in which I tested it out for a week, it caused my lips to get itchy, develop pimple-like things which would ooze, and overall get more chapped than before (it didn't do its job of moisturizing the lips). Very disappointed. Also, the peppermint does not give your lips a pleasant sensation.

I used to love buying the different flavored chapstick / lipglosses from the bath and body shops, but I never realized how much I was reapplying them and still complaining of dry lips. About a year ago I was introduced to Burts Bees Lip Balm and to this day have not purchased anything else!
