Wanted to get away from plastic storage containers. These are beautiful and they work..

Pyrex storage

Many of the lids were melted and weird while some of the dishes were chipped.

Chipped and warped

Love the various sizes! Lids fit snuggly and air is pushed out on fully closing the lid!

Pyrex Set

The orange lids do not fit tight.

Larger storage container spontaneously exploded while sitting on the kitchen counter. Shards of glass were everywhere, including other food items that were near by. Everything had to be thrown out due to safety. Concerned about other bowls doing the same.

Safety Concerns

This set includes all the convenient sizes I used to use in plastic. But I was worried that I was absorbing tiny plastic particles by storing and heating leftovers in plastic. Now I can put food in the microwave and not worry because this set is  made out of glass.

A great substitute for Plastic
