Cap is not very thick. And to charge the light it has to removed is not very secure in its holing spot.

My husband loves his hats that I bought last year so I bought a pack for me. Unfortunately the hat is too big for my head. I'm going to try putting elastic in it to see if that helps. Otherwise the hats work well and are ready to recharge.
