[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really intrigued to see and test Samsung’s 27” Odyssey G90XF in person. I’ve seen a few videos and unboxings online, but everyone recommends seeing the 3D gaming monitor in person. I finally got my hands on one, and now it was time to see what this thing was all about. First thing that stood out was how well-made the monitor is. The build quality gives off a premium look. The stand is minimal and doesn’t take up too much desk space. The monitor has a vivid beautiful 27” 4k screen that is perfect for gaming. The bezels are really thin and the camera’s that track eye movement aren’t too noticeable. My favorite feature of the monitor is the 2D to 3d conversion. After downloading the Reality Hub in the Microsoft Store, it took no time to begin watching videos in 3D. When watching videos, a pop-up would appear in the lower right-hand corner asking to enable 3D. I am really impressed at the level of 3D depth and realism. Looking forward to future compatibility and enhancements to get the most of the Samsung’s 3D monitor. Samsung has done a great job at pushing forward new and exciting technology, and this monitor falls into that category.

As someone who works in tech, I split my time between project management tasks, design reviews, and unwinding with some high-paced gaming in the evenings, and this monitor hits a lot of those marks well. Out of the box, the build quality feels solid and premium. The visual clarity is top-tier, colors are sharp, brightness is impressive, and the high refresh rate makes a real difference when I’m switching between dashboards, CAD-style tools, and gaming. I mainly use it for productivity during the day, and it’s more than capable of handling multiple tabs, project software, and design files without any noticeable lag or ghosting. In the evenings, I fire up a few FPS titles, and this monitor really shines. The motion clarity and responsiveness are on point. It gives a noticeable edge when tracking fast movement, and the fluid visuals make gameplay more immersive. The only downside, and the reason I docked one star is the 3D software. It's a cool concept, but it's not quite there yet. The installation and setup were a bit awkward, and while it has potential, the user experience just isn't polished. It feels like a beta feature rather than something production-ready. That said, I’m hopeful for future software updates. Overall, I’d recommend this monitor for anyone who wants a high-performance screen for both work and play, especially if you’re into tech and like experimenting with cutting-edge features. Just be aware that the 3D aspect is still evolving. For me, it’s been a solid upgrade and fits well into both my productivity and gaming setups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying playing and watching content on this G90XF Oddisey 3D monitor, the built-in speakers sound nice and can get quite loud if needed. Haven't yet had the time to play with the 3d aspect which I know is this monitors main feature but I can already tell I will love it once I do. Been mainly playing using my PS5 and the colors on this monitor look amazing with HDR. I have also been watching movies and shows using my phones Dex and really like the speakers as they can get very loud and have great audio. The control on the back of the monitor is easy to learn and use as all settings are controlled with the one clickable stick/nub. If you plan to have the built-in LEDs from the bottom of the monitor display powered on, you will have to enable it from the the menu's as it is disable by default. To enable, navigate menu's and under "Game and edge lighting" set Lighting to ON. I have no regrets in upgrading to this monitor and I have yet to fully indulge in all its features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is SO COOL!!!!!!!!!! The AI Conversion isn't bad at all either. It might not be as great BUT ITS STILL REALLY GOOD FOR SOME VIDEOS. I can FEEL The Pop-Out and depth to any content. One issue is that I use an RTX 3060, so the performance is impacted. I hope this can be worked on in the future, so lower end GPU's can use this masterpiece (With better performance) The quality dips a bit in 3D mode which can take some getting used to, but its not the end of the world. Still very good. I tried the Dolphin Emulator and it works SO WELL!!!!!! Absolute perfection there. For Non-3D mode, the 4K display looks EXCELLENT. Very clean and smooth. HDR also works very well, but HDR isnt supported in 3D Mode. Would definitely reccomend if you have the reccomended criterias (3080 GPU, Intel i7, the reccomended specs.)
