This bread is a godsend... definitely the best keto bread out there. Both my mom and I use it and agree it is like normal bread. I've been on keto since September and have lost 35 pounds. I've been using this bread mostly to make peanut butter sandwiches, and I can tell no difference in taste.

I think this bread is fantastic!! I was afraid to buy it because the price and being let down by EVERY keto bread. But this has the best consistency and flavor of any keto bread I’ve tried, and I’ve tried a lot, probably all of them. There is another one that is keto “friendly” that I really like, but it has 6 net carbs per slice. This is half of that. There are keto breads with 1 or zero carbs, but to me, they are not good at all. I’d rather have no bread than eat those. I toast this and slather on some butter and it’s SO GOOD. You just have to toast longer than normal bread. I dip it in egg yolks, add smashed avocado, make a turkey or egg salad sandwich, and more. It all tastes great!

Arnold Keto Bread was the substitute item for my order of Sola Bread Sweet and Buttery. The Arnold couldn't hold its own against Sola in any category. I found the Arnold to have an "off" taste that I imagine salty, yeasted wallpaper paste would taste like. While soft, the bread has a dry texture but doesn't brown well, making toast or grilled cheese a nope. French toast didn't impress but was palatable, vanilla or cinnamon would likely have impoved that. Seasoning crumbs for breading chicken or fish is a better option. Not worth the price for me, especially with Sola Bread and Mission low carb tortillas available and more like the "real" thing.

This stuff really makes me angry. Someone needs to sue these companies. This contains maltodextrin. This will raise your glycemic index. Please google it. The low-carb ice cream that Bryers put out has maltitol as well which is not KETO!! Don’t fall for it. I did for a while and I wasn’t losing weight.

The texture of this keto bread is pleasing, and the price is low for a Keto product. But Arnold made a mistake releasing this, as it has a horrible taste. Go with solo for the same price, and a better keto bread.

Ate two sandwiches ( thats four pieces ) if this bread and my numbers went up 30 mg/dl. That said, if it was regular bread at 30 g carbs? It would have gone up over 150 mg/dl. Nice to be able to have a sandwich again.

Stale bread even though it had expiration date of over a week and half . Threw it out to the birds as I detest frozen stale bread. I know for a fact Walmart freezes the bread!!

AMAZING! I was prepared to not like this, and I almost didn’t buy it… But I am so glad that I did! This bread is amazing! It is soft it is squishy, and it makes great sandwiches! If you are doing keto, you need this bread! It will change your life!

This was sent as a substitute for the low carb bread I ordered. I like it a lot better than what I ordered. It is more expensive but well worth it. Love it.

It tastes really close to bread. It obviously has a little bit of a different consistency in flavor. But over all this is the best keto bread I have had!
