I don't like this keto brand.

For Keto bread, is not bad but the amount should have more in it. They need to make of types of Keto bread

This bread is NOT KETO! Keto isn't just about "carbs". It's about controlling your bodies glycemic response. This bread has maltodextrin. The Glycemic Index for maltodextrin is 106-136 compared to sugar at 100. It WILL kick you out of ketosis. Considering diabetics often seek "keto" foods, this marketing is irresponsible and dangerous.

The first thing I noticed was how it was not toasting in the toaster. Not a speck of brown. The texture is very weird which I knew it would be off compared to regular bread but it reminded me of stale bread. The after taste is the worst though, left a very chemically taste in my mouth. Will not buy again.

I just had a sandwich made from this and I'm having mixed reviews. The texture is off, but that's to be expected since it isn't regular white bread. Its not bad at all, I think my apprehension is coming from that fact that it looks a lot like regular bread but it eats a bit more dense. The flavor was good, overall it was a nice sandwich...my only apprehension is trying to wrap my mind around perception vs reality. Once that is settled, I believe I come come to love this bread

I tried to like the Arnold Keto Bread, but I just don’t. It has a weird off-taste and dry, dense texture. A competing brand’s keto sweet oat bread is sooo much better in both taste and texture. I’d make homemade low carb chaffles with almond flour before ever buying this bread again.

My husband ONLY eats white bread and stated that it smells like white bread. I used it as a bun with mustard and onions. when he asked what i thought, i told him, "i forgot it was keto until you asked!" i found it to be soft and delicious, like white bread. i try to eat clean, but boy, am i glad to know that i can eat "regular" sometimes now, as well!

I love most Arnold breads, but this is horrid. It had a bitter aftertaste, presumably from the inulin (aka chicory), and falls apart easily. Toasting brings marginal improvement in taste. Don’t waste your toppings. There are too many tasty low carb options out there to suffer this.

If you’re looking for a low carb bread substitute with the consistency of regular bread….RUN! Sara Lee Delightful White tastes much better. Go buy hat one instead. This one legit made me nauseous. The slices are also on the small end and they don’t toast well like bread does if that makes sense.
