I am used to a much softer mattress so I find this to be a little too firm but definitely not uncomfortable. Thicker than my old mattress too which makes the comforter look odd. I can feel pressure relief almost immediately when I am laying on my back. Because it is more firm I am not sure that it is perfect for side sleepers, but it is still very comfortable overall.

However I love this product it is too comfort and I am sleeping well and nice in this. That does support my back a lot compared to my old mattress. My previous mattress i had was basically 20 years old but from beautyrest as well and it held up very well but it was time to get a new one. I love the pillow top where it gives softness but doesn’t lose the overall firmness. So far i have no complaints and my backaches have reduced a lot.
