I'm not picky when it comes to protein shakes, but the box I bought tastes like mildew. It tastes like what clothes smell like when you forget to put them in the dryer. These are the worst tasting protein shakes I've ever had, not sure if I just received a defective box or what.

BAD DECISION RAW PROTEIN changing from the bottle to the tetrapak carton adds a NASTY FLAVOR to this ONCE DELICIOUS drink. Atleast change it to anything other than the tetrapak carton! Several brands have made this mistake in packaging %26 sales have suffered. I think I'll find another protein shake. Bad decision RAW PROTEIN.

Bought these because I usually drink Fairlife and the price has skyrocketed over the last few years. I like the Raw dark chocolate protein powder- excellent as hot chocolate and box stated new improved taste! I don't know what these tasted like previously but these are awful and have a lingering after taste.

I know a lot of people reference the flavor or the new product packaging being worse than before. I tend to have a pretty iron clad stomach. I had one of these shakes Saturday evening, and Sunday morning literally blew southbound chunks at work and had to go home early and laid on the couch with stomach cramps and nausea and gas pains like you could not believe. It was a mystery to me until Monday I was trying to make up for having almost no protein during my down day Sunday so I had another one. Low and behold, Tuesday I felt like death again with the bowel changes, gas pain, severe and constant cramping, and nausea. Adequate protein intake is a great strategy for losing weight, but this is not the way you want to do it. Don't get these!

Why do these have a burnt tire odor aftertaste?? I am not very picky when it comes to protein shakes, but these are absolutely awful. This experience, one shake in...has me convinced to NEVER buy a RAW Nutrition product again. Wondering if the good reviews were written by the recipe maker's mom and CEO's grandma...

I can appreciate the benefits of having no artificial sweetener, and other healthy things, but the taste is awful. I have found very few protein shakes that I dislike, but this is definitely one. I even checked the expiration date to make sure it was still good before I wrote this. The flavor is just awful.

I'm not sure what happened? But ever since RAW changed and repackedged its brand from the plastic bottles to the slightly smaller cartons, it has simply not been the same anymore It has a chemical-like flavor to it which is to say I will never purchase the product again.

I bought another protein drink. It was unavailable. Bought this one, thinking it was more expensive, but probably the same. Wrong! This was watery, chemical tasting and had a strange aftertaste. Don’t think it agrees with my stomach. Save your money and buy something else.
