Love anything BEEF... these are very conveniently portioned and extremely easy to freeze if needed. We use a lot of ground beef for a multitude of family meals.

The best hamburger and great texture for any recipe that calls for hamburger. Love that it is organic with all we are hearing about that is being put in our food!

This beef is okay to use for chili, of meatloaf, but it doesn't make good hamburgers. I has a watery texture; not sure what they are doing with the water.

While the price is decent for this 100% grass-fed beef, it is not very lean (80%). This means that in chilies and sauces the fat must be drained after cooking the beef, and there's a lot of it.

You can’t go wrong with grass fed and finished! This meat tastes best when it’s browned. If I’m making taco meat, I cook until no pink them then up the heat to brown and crisp it…. the kids love it!

Great taste and texture. Presealed that makes it convenient to take home and place in the freezer. Minimum grease after cooking. Being organic keeps us coming back for more.

We buy this ground beef regularly. I am very picky about my beef, and this beef tastes the best of many we have bought in the past. Price is the best too.

Grass fed AND FINISHED - tasty and delicious. Rare find!!! Usually you don't find grass finished beef in stores and for just shy of $5/lb this is GOLD! The average price for something like this would be easily around $10/lb.

Love this meat and packaging! Other stores around here carry "Grass Fed" which means nothing, but this is the real thing - "Grass Fed AND Finished". Hopefully Sam's will never discontinue it.

These packs are great because they are proportioned to make meal planning easier. Plus you just separate each section and peel open which is a lot better vs the styrofoam packs.
