Yummy! These are way too good! Not only are they delicious, they are absolutely ginormous! What I do when I purchase more than one pack, I wrap each individual muffin in parchment paper, then secure with plastic wrap tightly. Then the whole gang goes into a gallon sized freezer ziplock bag then into the freezer. When I want one, I pull out one at a time as much as 1-2 days prior to eating, and allow to defrost in the fridge. I have only purchased these double chocolate muffins and the blueberry muffins of which are equally scrumptious and all are wonderful with my coffee! I don't want these babies going bad on me before being eaten so my problem is solved by freezing individually as I mentioned.

I bought these for an occasion and wound up taking some of them back home and freezing them. After thawing them, they were still as fresh and moist as as the day I bought them. I will be keeping them on hand in the future. They are delicious! Not too too sweet....they are "just right." Good job, Sam's
