Very moist and good.

In the past the muffins had chocolate chips. Now it's just a piece of chocolate cake in the shape of a muffin. The one's at Walmart have chocolate chips.

These muffins have decreased in size by 50% and increased in price from $3.48 per half dozen to the current $5.87 (up 168%0. They use to be so good and such a good value but now they are dense (not in a good way) and gummy and not worth the bother anymore. No matter the flavor, they are a disappointment.

These moist double chocolate muffins are pure perfection. The texture is rich, soft, and tender, exactly what you want in a muffin. Each bite is packed with deep, decadent chocolate flavor, balanced by just the right amount of sweetness. The chocolate chips inside melt beautifully, giving you little bursts of gooey richness throughout. Paired perfectly with a morning coffee or make a wonderful dessert on their own. These muffins are on the larger side so it's like having your own mini cake. Truly the best double chocolate muffins I’ve had! Consistent every time, never disappoints when in the mood for chocolate cake. Highly recommend!

Tastes just like a slice of chocolate cake without the icing. There were delicious and fluffy.
