Great for overnight and heavier flow. I used these right after giving birth. Extremely large but I have never leaked at night.

These are very thick and probably not the most comfortable for athletes. However, on a heavy day I feel so protected by them.

Great coverage, no leaks. Would give 5 stars but the way they are folded always makes the back end of pad bunch up.
