Clothes savers definitely a great for heavy flows at night or when ever needed these are pretty much the only ones I use and with being a big girl helps a lot they cover the back of me so I'm not leaking

The only pads I will use, I am a bigger girl with pcos I miss a lot of periods but when I do get them I bleed a ton at once, these are the only thing that holds up

I had my 2nd baby (a girl) 6 days ago. I bought these for my post-partum bleeding. They are wonderous!!! When I was using the other sizes of Always pads, I had to use 2 at a time to make sure I didn't leak anywhere. These have me totally covered!!!

To be honest, never used this product before until now, this really helped me postpartum, they were my go to. I was comfortable wearing them, I wasn't worried about any leakage, I would definitely recommend them to a new mom

I have a very heavy flow and was so happy when I found these. Many fewer accidents now. Wish they were just a smidgen longer. Besides wearing them at night, I also use them when traveling and not able to make frequent stops.

If I wanted a diaper I would have bought a diaper. If I wanted to buy pads that leak, I would have gone to the 99-cent store. Lately, all your pads are so bad the 99-cent store ones were working fine. But alas no more 99-cent stores.

They're pads...what can you really say about them? Some days they work like a charm and others you're like what the what? At night I double up for added protection.

i love this brand i use this for the night especially for is my first day or second day because y'all know we be having some heavy flow‘s sometimes and I really trust this they be holding everything down there, on them days

Only thing that should be changed is the wings with adhesive should be in the middle as well. for those with heavy flows, it still gets on my underwear in the middle
