I have never been so disappointed. I have an extremely heavy flow and I thought these would be the solution. Actually, they are worse than the other products offered.

I still leak even with overnights during the day heavy blood flow with clots I wish there was a pad for endometriosis that would keep me still dry . .........

Maybe its just how wierd my period is, but I have to use two of these pad at a time for my first 3-4 days of my period to avoid leakage especially in the back. Other than that I can't cope with my period without these pads.

My go to!! My flow is heavier the first couple of days. It keeps my bed sheets clean and very absorbing. Can not ask for a a better most comfortable pad that makes my sleep better on my heavy nights.

The only brand product I will use. It's been around a long time and is an excellent quality product. Pricey but worth it. Sometimes difficult to find. Always buy the biggest package. Repeat customer.
