It doesn't really matter which ones I use, I just know that any will be great. They never leak and the wings help it stay in place for a long time. I've never worn tampons, but pads are really convenient for me

I have a really heavy period, so these pads are the best for me. I have used these since I got my first period and I'll continue buying them because they are really good at soaking up everything that comes out at night.

Maybe its just how wierd my period is, but I have to use two of these pad at a time for my first 3-4 days of my period to avoid leakage especially in the back. Other than that I can't cope with my period without these pads.

These use to be amazing for heavy flow, but the quality had gone down they rip when removing from the package, the degrade while wearing and shred in your underwear. So disappointing
