It is very easy to utilize the iceman machine. I gave it a few cleans before using, wiped it down, and it was ready to use. The ice began to make itself instantly, I was surprised at how fast it was! I love making iced coffee and this makes it such a fast process since I have ice ready to use at any time!

I received the tabletop ice maker as a gift. The drain plug is placed in such a way that makes it extremely difficult to drain the machine without getting water everywhere. The plug is almost impossible to screw and unscrew because of the addition of a tether. If you tilt the machine even sightly in order to get a better look at what you’re doing, water dribbles out and enters into the electrical components of the machine.

It’s just okay. It is slow at making the ice and the cubes come out dripping wet. When you store it in the freezer you end up with a huge frozen mess. I started emptying the basket into a ziplock bag and then slamming it on the kitchen counter. Now I have crushed ice instead of cubes lol. I wouldn’t go through the hassle of returning it but I definitely would not recommend it to anyone

The buttons seem to have an issue connecting and functioning as anticipated. Initially the “clean” feature would not work. Eventually did. The “small” ice feature has not worked yet. I’m still waiting to use it a few more times to see if it gets better.

I got this Dual-Size Compact Ice Machine for Christmas, which tells me two things: 1. My family knows me very well 2. I clearly complain about running out of ice more than I realized. This thing makes ice fast. Like “I just finished unwrapping gifts and it already filled the basket” fast. The dual-size option is elite — small ice for everyday hydration, big ice for holiday beverages and emotional support drinks. It’s compact but works like it’s trying to prove something. A gentle hum lets you know it’s working hard to make sure you never suffer through a lukewarm drink again. Best Christmas gift I didn’t know I needed but now can’t live without. 10/10. Santa understood the assignment.

I love my ICEMAN! At first I was a little intimidated because I didn't know if it was going to be a complicated setup process and I actually waited about a week before I opened it. Much to my surprise it was so simple. Set it on the counter, plug it in, pour the water into the reservoir, and press a button. That's it! It was so simple, and it makes the most perfect size ice cubes in just a little over 5 minutes. It's so compact you can set it anywhere, and I LOVE that the Iceman has a cord long enough to actually reach your outlets! It's an awesome little machine!

Very quiet, makes great ice bullets quickly. I make 6 quarts of ice cubes and store them in the freezer that lasts for a couple of weeks. I use only distilled water to minimize mineral buildup and run a cleaning cycle with a bleach solution at the end of each ice making session. The bullets are surprisingly clear. Very happy with purchase.

Fell in love with this little machine, so easy to set up and use. We don't need a lot of ice, so I like that I can set it up and while I'm busy doing something else in the kitchen make 1 or 2 bags of ice in a couple of hrs. It is pretty quiet also which is nice, and you can't beat the price.

Very easy to use. Although the drain plug on the bottom might be a bit of a problem as the other brands are on the side. But this unit is much smaller than the others and lighter. Was making ice less than 5 minutes after filling and plugging it in. No more buying bags of ice!
