I purchased it for my daughter and she loves it. She love how you can see it actually making the ICE

Just took it out of the box, I'm going to give it time for the refrigerant fluid to settle but it looks great at my bar!

Just unpacked it and got it set up. Haven't made any ice yet as I'm waiting the suggested 2 hours before starting it up.

I just now got it started but far as instructions it is very easy. It's quiet and it produces ice quickly and efficiently.

I've just purchased this product and so far, it's been easy to use and love the ice it makes. I recommend it.

I just had my first ice cold drink. I absolutely love the texture of the small ice cubes. Perfect.

Just follow the instructions for setup, there are like 5 easy steps. Once complete turn on, add water and select the size of ice cube you want and it does the rest

You get what you pay for. It's easy to use. Makes ice. It also is noisy, slow, and takes a commitment to get a large quantity. Would buy again due to the price, not because it's awesome.

The drain plug plastic holding it to the machine will probably break off, so I hope I don't lose the drain plug later. Help should say just pull and push plug since it's not screw in, but it would be easier screwing.

I've only had it a day… But so far it is significantly quieter than the icemaker I had before. Which incidentally only operated approximately a year and then it failed. I did not use it every day. We will see how long this lasts!?
