I have only had my ice maker for a few months and I have not had any issues. I love the self cleaning option

I have not used the product yet, but I have to answer to do the warranty. It's cute I guess, but you have to wait 2 hours before even plugging it up.

The ice maker is ok. The part I take away from is the ice doesn't stay cold inside the maker. It melts. That's a problem. Don't know if I'll keep it.
