This is the fourth set I have purchased. I loved them so much that I bought sets for my daughters. They are so easy to install and program. My 10-year-old grandson has created many unique patterns. It's good to see him creating light patterns instead of playing video games. Best gift ever.

User ky and easy to install. Use the brackets with screw for extra security. I had one fall off cause it didn't stick well to the wood of my house. Used the bracket and screw and no issues. Looks clean and professional and I've never installed lights. Easy to do.

Very complete layout on the 200' Govee Pro system. Sufficient extensions, 3m stickets, and extra connections to deal with an average setup on a house (could use more attachment clips and slightly thicker install screws). The variety and options available in light colors, timing, brightness, sequencing, etc. (using the app) is quiet impressive. HOWEVER -the app itself is not intuitive, and is so redundantly complex it almost requires a seperate course to be able to use it to its full capability. Caveat Emptor : there is no serious "instruction manual" for the app!

Light are a great product for a great price. The installation supplies are c class at best. They should have brackets included that fit around each light for most secure fit. The 3m and little wire clips do not beam confidence in the long term hold of the permanent lights.

These lights couldn’t be easier to install and they work perfect. I installed at 50 degrees just used a hairdryer. Have had zero sticking issues. When I am not planning on a holiday theme, I am using them with a motion sensor from Govee. I have set a DIY to light up certain leds in key positions for low ambient lighting and when I walk out or up to the front door it turns on a section of lights in bright white mode. Allows me to know when someone is walking up at night and lights it up for easy visibility. After 2 mins it goes back to previous ambient lighting. Very nice.

We’re really loving the lights and certainly as of right now (2 weeks post-install) no regrets. So many lighting scenes and color options and customizations to choose from. I read a review before buying these lights that helped me plan my installation I want to share: be prepared to use a cord-management U-bracket of some kind for each light. The lights come with a 3M sticker on the bottom of the light that sticks to the soffit, but in my case (even after cleaning the soffit) they starting unsticking after the first day. So plan to add a small bracket (I used a bracket and drilled a 1” drywall screw to attach) for each light to anchor the lights.

Great Light kit Opened up package everything that you need comes with the unit very easy to install my house has high roof line so I incorporated a lift installation was very easy set up was easy as well quality of the Kit seems very good everything works like it should. I was able to program time patterns so it comes on and off as I desire seven days a week I do actually use other govee products And they also are easy to add right into the app so I can keep all my plugs switches all together on my phone on one app.

Lights are incredible. Have had them up for about 3 weeks. I used the clips at every light and put the two screws in every clip during install because it was below 50 degrees outside and adhesive doesn’t work below 50. Took a while to do it but I think using the clips and screws is the best long term thing to do anyways. Aside from the time it took to do that…. Worth every penny we spent on them. App works great and is very user friendly.

Testing the lights prior to installation showed the individual light strings worked as they should. Testing for adequate Wifi signal based on location of the equipment also proved satisfactory. As for installation of the light strings, the small screws supplied were very difficult to use. I had to make a trip to the hardware store to purchase screws easier to work with (screws requiring the use of at least a number 2 size phillips screw driver). I recommend that Govee include larger screws moving forward. As for the lights, they look very nice at night. I relied on our daughter to help us program the lights to our liking. I am quite satisfied with the light set and recommend it to people who want to install lights that don’t need to be uninstalled and can be used to highlight other seasons and celebrations through the years.
