I purchased a 200 foot pro for quite a bit of money did not keep the receipt. The controller broke and Govee will not sell me another controller. Don't know what to do about that. Never heard such a thing.

This is the most expensive and useless product that Govee makes. After installation it has failed multiple times has had issues with controller and power break has been replaced multiple times and hardly works.

Beautiful lights and brings us joy, however they started to fall within 48 hours and by 72 hours most of the light strings had fallen :( screw clips should come standard!

The lights worked very well and we’re pretty straightforward to install. The app is not exactly straightforward, but what I was able to figure it out. There’s probably more features that I don’t know about and will have to stumble onto. I like the clips for this version over the other packages a lot more. They are low profile and pretty secure. Time will tell how long they will last.

Bought a 200’ strand and 100’ strand. At end of install had 2 and 1/2 sections left of lights (about 50’). I contacted Govee to see if they could just sell me power strip or 3 way split so I could install lights in different section of backyard and they weren’t willing to sell just power strip. Given how expensive these lights are it’s very frustrating that I just have to waste 50’ of lighting. They clearly manufacture power strip so easy solution but not willing to work with customers. Otherwise great lights.

Make sure you measure and only buy what you need, I purchase 200ft just to be safe and was left with almost 80ft of lights, I contacted Govee support to ask how I could go about purchasing the parts needed (power box and adapter) to be able to use the remaining lights in the back yard separately, but they refused to sale these parts as separate items. They wanted me to purchase a whole new set instead. No thanks! Makes me wonder what will happen if these part go bad in 2 -3 years. I will have to purchase a whole new set?

Money well spent. Although it is time consuming to put up, it went well. The nails for the light covers which are used to secure the light/wiring, were extremely short so I used a staple gun to install the covers. I had one length of lights that I did not use for the front and sides of my house and I wish that I could buy the power source by itself, but the company does not sell them by themselves. Overall the lights are great.

The quality of the lights is great. The packaging is straightforward and the directions are simple to follow. Installation took some time, but is still easy enough. If you use the mounting brackets for each of the lights as extra support, you might have to predrill for the screws. Even then the screws are a bit soft and can easily strip on the top. Outside of that, they go up easy. The lights are bright and pairing with the app is easy. Programming and controlling the lights is a little more challenging, but there's some helpful videos and guides from other users out there if you search. Very fun to switch between different predesigned options. I have yet to try to customize on my own, but having the option is great.

I have changed the look of my Christmas lights and many occasions to come with this incredible system. I performed the install myself and the process and the integration of this system was easy and really intuitive. Been wanting a system like this for years and I'm glad I waited for the technology. After the hard work of performing the install I was able to get the lights to work around the entire two story house without effort. The 3M product used on the back of the lights was simple to affix. I would recommend this product to anyone. Bought a total of 4 systems at 350 feet and changed the look of our house forever.

I purchased an aluminum patio cover and had to figure out how I would put up lights since I didn’t want to drill holes into it. The stick ons worked perfectly. They put off a nice ambient light. Then I use the twist flowerpot hangers to add patio lights and It all worked perfectly.
